J. John Esteban is the Chief Financial Officer at Tracked Lifts, bringing extensive experience in directing operations across finance, accounting, and strategic planning, having previously served as CFO at Virginia Tire & Auto and held leadership roles in companies including ThinkFun and a subsidiary of the Walt Disney Company.

J. John Esteban is a seasoned business executive with extensive experience in directing all facets of company operations, including finance, accounting, IT, distribution, supply chain logistics, administration, and mergers and acquisitions (M&A). As the Chief Financial Officer of Tracked Lifts, John has successfully built and led the company’s Finance, Accounting, HR, and Strategic Planning groups. He played a pivotal role in transitioning Tracked Lifts from a startup environment to a self-sustaining entity, efficiently reducing costs and streamlining processes by removing mid-tier consultants. Before joining Tracked Lifts, John served as CFO of Virginia Tire & Auto (VTA) from 2020 to 2022, where he facilitated the company’s growth amid the challenging economic landscape during the pandemic. During his tenure, he upgraded VTA’s financial reporting and budgeting processes, introduced new business analytical tools, and successfully negotiated a new business loan package to mitigate financial risk in light of rising interest rates. Additionally, John has a diverse background that includes serving as a minority owner and CFO of Northland Lawn & Sport, where he focused on elevating the John Deere dealership operations along the south shore of Lake Superior and acted as Managing Director of Redpoint Advisors, helping companies streamline operations for growth and profitability. John's previous experience includes serving as Chief Operating Officer for ThinkFun, Inc., a global leader in educational toys and games, where he expanded market share and modernized supply chain processes. He also held the role of Vice President of Finance and Administration, and later CFO, for a Walt Disney Company subsidiary, managing finance and accounting while leading acquisitions during his tenure. He graduated from De La Salle University in Manila, Philippines, with a degree in Chemical Engineering and holds an MBA from Marymount University in Arlington, Virginia. John's multifaceted expertise and leadership make him a vital asset to Tracked Lifts as the company continues to grow and succeed in its mission.
